Home made Jaljeera Drink…Classic and mint Jaljeera

Let's try two homemade refreshing Jaljeera Drink for bit the heat in this hot summer days. Ingredients:For Jaljeera Powder:^ Jeera: 2 tbsp^ Black Pepper: 1tbsp^Black Salt : 1 tbsp^Amchur Powder : 2 tbsp^Dry ginger Powder: 1tbsp^Salt : 1/2 tbsp^Red chili powder:1/2 tbsp^Hing: 1/4 tbsp Directions: Dry roast the Jeera and black pepper. After they cool down a bit, transfer them to a blender with all other ingredients and blend them to a fine powder.
