INGREDIENTS: THE PUDDING
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plain milk (or soy milk or any other plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 full ripe mango sliced into cubes
INGREDIENTS: TOPPINGS
- 1/2 full ripe mango sliced into cubes
- Few pomegranate seeds
- Few mint leaves or parsley.
- Some coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
1.Put all the pudding ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir to combine.
2.Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 hrs or until the chia seeds forms the jelly like consistency. ( Best kept for overnight).
3.Before serving stir well and serve with the toppings as you like (mine was mango slices, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, and parsley leaves).
NOTES
1. Feel free to use your own toppings as you desired.
2. It can be an easy go-to breakfast if you make it the night before. So no wasting time in the busy mornings.
